 Urgent Eyecare offers fast, professional care for unexpected eye problems, from infections and injuries to sudden vision changes, helping you protect your sight when it matters most. They partner with local optometry offices and correspond with local ER's and Urgent Care's. 

At Urgent Eyecare, they operate on an appointment-only basis to ensure you receive the prompt attention you need. Urgent Eyecare is an online scheduling service to help patients get emergency eye care after-hours from licensed and certified optometrists.

How Does it Work?

  1. Contact Urgent Eyecare

    Patients with an emergent eye condition call or text 972-922-7537. If first visiting an ER or Urgent Care, they will redirect you to contact Urgent Eyecare.

  2. Triage and Schedule

    Urgent Eyecare triaging team will collect patient info and provide an invoice; all visits are flat fee of $375 paid directly to Urgent Eyecare. Once paid, you will be scheduled to see a partnered Eye Care Professional

  3. Appointment

    Patient is directed to a partnered office and a partnered eye doctor will be sent to meet you. The doctor will examine and treat to the best of their ability and write a referral for continued care. This report and referral is forwarded to Urgent Eyecare. Nothing is paid to the doctor for this appointment.

  4. Follow Up

    After your appointment, your eye doctor send a report to Urgent Eyecare and will refer you back to the practice during operation hours or another specialist as needed. After the first visit, your transaction with Urgent Eyecare will be complete.
